My name is Rachel Fontana and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 8 years. I specialize in therapeutic massage and believe that massage is a beneficial part of a healthy lifestyle. I am also certified in other modalities that help complete a specific massage for the client.
My services include:
Swedish Massage – Light pressure massage which focuses on circulation and relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage – Deep pressure massage which focuses on relieving muscle tension and tightness.
Trigger Point Massage – A massage that releases muscle tightness by holding trigger points in individual muscles. This is a very effective massage for relieving tension and pain.
Old World Blend Massage – This massage focuses on the clients specific needs. It blends the relaxation of a Swedish Massage, the muscle relieving pressure of a Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Massage, and the benefits of Shiatsu Stretching and Reflexology.
Aromatherapy Massage – This massage uses essential oils to stimulate or relax the sinuses for total relaxation.
Hot Stone Massage – This 75 minutes massage uses hot Basalt stones to penetrate deep into muscles to relieve soreness.
Reflexology Massage – This technique focuses on the feet and hands. Reflex points are worked to alleviate tension and pain in every area of the body.
